1. **Product Information**
Our products are supplied as ready-stock or private label products. Similarities in formulation, packaging, or appearance with other products in the cosmetics industry may occur and do not constitute infringement. We do not manufacture or sell counterfeit products.

2. **Private Label & Branding**
For customized orders, Buyers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted trademarks, labels, logos, and packaging materials are legally authorized. Any liabilities arising from intellectual property infringement or regulatory non-compliance shall be borne solely by the Buyer.

3. **Ready-Stock Products**
Buyers shall not remove, modify, cover, or tamper with original product labels, trademarks, logos, batch codes, or product identification without written authorization.

4. **Shipping & Payment**
Prices exclude international shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, and other applicable charges. Orders are shipped only after full payment is received. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier schedules, local regulations, or force majeure.

5. **Inspection & Claims**
Products are inspected before shipment. Any claim regarding shortages, incorrect items, or visible transportation damage must be submitted within **five (5) business days** after receipt with supporting evidence.

6. **Regulatory Responsibility**
Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with import, labeling, registration, marketing, and sales requirements in their destination market.

7. **Product Images Disclaimer**
Product images are for reference only. Actual product color, appearance, texture, and packaging may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, production batches, and manufacturing tolerances. Such variations shall not be considered product defects.
